Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease involving many systems
and many organs, if the kidney is involved, it is lupus nephritis erythematosus
.According general examinations, patients involving the kidneys repesente about
90% .According the pathogenesis of lupus erythematosus, the genetic element is a
significant trend, the environmental factor plays an important role in
triggering such virus infection, the drug factor and sunlight .The woman with
lupus represent about 90% in the crowd with nephropathy .All older or younger
patients accompanying systemic pathological changes especially fever, joint
inflammation, skin rash, and blood rushed increases obviously it is better to do
a conventional examination and immune serum examination which is relative with
lupus erythematosus, for the precise diagnosis .The pathological change is
closely related to the prognosis, kidney involved and progressive renal injury
are the main reasons of death .So it is important to renal biopsy for
erythematosus lupus nephritis patients.
As clinically observed, there is 70% of lupus erythematosus patients have
symptoms of kidney damage, only appear in a different time. Generally, lupus
nephritis kidney lesion is a little late, maybe after six months to two years.
But there are the first patients have symptoms of edema and urine protein, and
it should alert the developing systemic lupus erythematosus in systemic lupus
nephritis .After the diagnosis, one must take attention to the symptoms of
kidney lesions. The symptoms of renal injury lupus erythematosus about contain a
series of symptoms of glomerulus and tubular interstitial renal .the process of
vascular disease is usually long, whether or not the symptoms aware, but renal
injury may be a symptom effective clinical .L'œdème is a common clinical
manifestations, as is often the main reason for receiving the bedwetting
.Augmentation treatment is one of the primary symptoms erythematosus lupus
nephritis, it often reflects dysfunction concentration urine .There was about
one sixth of patients with lupus erythematosus nephritis have various degree of
reduction in renal function .The renal lesions are divided into four stages:
1. nephritis syndrome, the symptoms are similar with acute nephritis
2. nephropathy syndrome, obvious edema, a large number of protein urine,
hypoproteinemia
3. renal dysfunction of chronic nephritis is similar with chronic
glomerulonephritis, have edema, urine protein, urine, blood, continued pressure,
and accompanied with anemia and progressive renal dysfunction .It can cause
uremia in a short time.
4. Type radical, the disease state is progressing rapidly, continuous fever,
urine protein, urine blood, increased amount of blood cells like â tube, rapid
renal dysfunction.
