Medical History: There appears dizzy, blurred vision to the patient without obvious causes on Mar. 26th, 2006. She went to the local hospital and was diagnosed with “Chronic Renal Insufficiency” because the blood pressure is 270/160mmHg and serum Creatinine is 645umol/L by the renal function test. The blood pressure declined to 150/90mmHg by sodium nitroprusside injected by vein and the common blood pressure is controlled at about 150/100mmHg by taking oral Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets. Later the patient took renal function test every 3 months. The tests showed that the serum creatinine level increased gradually and it rose higher than 1039umol/L by July 22nd, 2008. Half and one month ago, she felt chest tightness and shortness of breath and the condition improved after the treatment in county hospital. In order to get further treatment, she came to Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital.
Physical Examination: P: 90times/min, BP: 200times/min
