According to the degree of renal dysfunction , chronic renal failure can be
divided into four , namely, renal decompensation , azotemia , renal failure and
uremia , respectively, as follows:
1 renal decompensation Although this time the loss of renal reserve capacity
, but for the excretion of metabolites, regulation of water , electrolyte and
acid-base balance is still good , the patient no special feeling ; renal
function tests , serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen usually sometimes
normal or mildly elevated .
2 . Azotemia in patients with nocturia or urine, varying degrees of anemia,
feel fatigue, loss of appetite, mild nausea and general discomfort . There will
be severe vomiting and diarrhea.
3 renal failure patients may have significant anemia and gastrointestinal
symptoms such as nausea , vomiting, loss of appetite ; while fatigue, lack of
concentration , lack of energy and other symptoms.
4 Then uremia patients showed systemic organ failure , such as blood pressure
, palpitation , chest tightness , nausea , vomiting , irritability , not supine
, breathing difficulties, severe anemia , convulsions, coma and severe , you
need to rely on dialysis sustain life, often due to cerebral edema , pulmonary
edema, heart failure and sudden death.
With or without a history of kidney disease , if more than some of the
discomfort , accompanied by high blood pressure , drowsiness , skin complexion
